Quinta da Barracuda is a gated beachfront condominium in Albufeira, with its own gate down to Praia dos Alemães and sea views that reach along the coast to the Old Town. The grounds have a large swimming pool, a children's pool and a sun lawn, and there are lifts, free WiFi and secure parking in the courtyard and underground.
Most of our apartments here have one bedroom; there is also a two-bedroom apartment and the three-bedroom Penthouse. A corner shop is 200 metres from the gates, and the nearest supermarket is 1.2 km away.

- No glass objects, such as glasses or bottles, are allowed in the pool area
- No ball games or other activities that may upset or hurt people, or damage personal or communal property, are allowed
- It is forbidden to shake or hang towels, rugs or clothes from the balconies, terraces, or windows
- It is expressly forbidden to reserve sun beds with towels or clothing. If the sun beds are not used within half an hour, the towels or clothing will be removed and held in the administration office for collection
- Keep all access doors closed and don’t open them to strangers
- Children should not use the lifts unless accompanied by an adult

Finding the complex
The closed condominium of Quinta da Barracuda is just after the Topázio Hotel and immediately before the Auramar Hotel. You will be able to identify the entrance to the property by its grey spiderweb gates.

There is lots of secure front courtyard and underground parking. The spaces in the courtyard are not designated. But the underground spaces are designated - you will be told which is yours at check-in.
