Booking Conditions

Please understand the following before making a reservation:

• 25% non-refundable deposit required at time of booking (24-hour grace period for a fully-refunded cancellation).
• 75% non-refundable balance required 8 weeks before your holiday start date.
• 100% non-refundable payment required at time of booking if made 8 weeks or less before your holiday start date (with the same 24-hour grace period).
• If the balance is not paid by its due date, the booking may be treated as cancelled.
• Rates shown are inclusive of all utility charges.
• The apartments are self-catering with no maid service. Extra cleaning or a linen change can be arranged at an additional cost.
• Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 10:00. A €20.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 20:00.
• Only guests named on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property.
• Strictly no smoking and no pets allowed in the apartments.
• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00, and ball games are not allowed around the pool or other shared areas. Guests who break the condominium rules may be asked to leave without a refund.
• Guests are responsible for the cost of putting right any damage to the apartment or its contents.
• Please report any problem in the apartment within 24 hours of noticing it, so that we can put it right promptly.
• Guests are responsible for arranging their own cancellation insurance.
