Quinta da Barracuda – Penthouse is on two floors. The Master and Second bedrooms have King size beds, and the Third bedroom has two twin beds. All the rooms are en-suite and have lots of wardrobe and drawer space for storing clothing items as well as a safe for valuables. 

The bathrooms come with a mixture of baths, showers, bidets, toilets, sinks and large mirrors. 

The kitchen, in turn, is set with all the standard appliances: stove, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron and board. For simple food and drink preparation, there is also a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, knives and forks, pots and pans, wine glasses and tea and coffee mugs.

In the upstairs living room, you will find a dining table with 6 chairs, a television set up with IPTV streaming to give you access to channels from all around the world, and access to the rooftop terrace. The terrace has another dining table, lots of outdoor seating furniture and 6 sun loungers.

Wifi is free, unlimited and available throughout the apartment, and there are air-conditioning units in each of the bedrooms and one more in the living room. 

The beds are always dressed with linen appropriate to the season. In addition to this, we provide one bath and beach towel per guest, but extra linen and towels can be made available at an additional cost. For long stays, we provide an extra set of linen and towels automatically.

The exterior space of the main building, front courtyard and pool area are secured by a gate, limiting access to key holders only.

Lastly, there is lots of free parking available, including both covered and front courtyard options.
