There is a foldable single bed – comfortably sleeping a 5th guest – and the dining area seats 5 guests.

Both bedrooms have two twin beds. There is ample wardrobe and drawer space in both.

The thick double-glazed windows in the living room open onto a balcony with scenic views of the common pool and garden area.

The coolly-style bathroom has a toilet, sink and mirror. There is a traditional bath and shower setup. Linen and towels – including beach towels – are provided as well as a hairdryer.

The integrated kitchen is well equipped and includes all standard appliances. Surfaces are covered with dark marble which contrasts smoothly with the cupboard fittings, completing the tastily-rich feel.  Fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Everything you could possibly need.

The swimming pool is accessed privately via the ground floor.

The apartment is on the second floor and there is a lift.

WIFI Internet access is free and unlimited.

Air-conditioning/Heating is fitted throughout the apartment.

The building entrance locks automatically and is therefore well-secure. There are plenty of parking options in the inner courtyard of the block. Cars are very well served.
