The sofa opens to provide a double bed – comfortably sleeping another person – and the dining area seats five guests very comfortably.

Both Bedrooms have two Twin beds. There is ample wardrobe and drawer space in both.

The thick floor-to-ceiling double-glazed windows open onto a large patio where there is a barbecue and a hot tub.

The super-modern bathrooms include a large walk-in shower, toilets, sinks and mirrors. Linen and towels – including beach towels – are provided as well as a safe and hairdryer.

The integrated kitchen is well equipped and includes all standard appliances. Surfaces are covered with dark marble which contrasts smoothly with the white cupboard fittings, completing the modern feel.  Fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Everything you could possibly need.

The swimming pool is on floor -1 and there is no lift.

At the top of the building, there is an unbeatable rooftop with sun-loungers and 180º panoramic views.

WIFI Internet access is free and unlimited.

Air-conditioning/Heating is fitted throughout the apartment.

The building entrance locks automatically and is therefore well-secure. There are parking options on the street – though spaces are very limited.
