Here’s our latest information and travel advice regarding the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
We need to continue to follow the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) advice for travel to Albufeira. If it is deemed unsafe to travel 7 days prior to arrival, we will offer a full refund of all monies paid. In the meantime we are not asking guests to pay their balance until much nearer the date of arrival.
As gesture of goodwill, at this point, we are allowing guests to change the date of their booking. You may wish to consider pushing back your holiday a few months, or even into 2021. The airlines are also offering to change flights free of charge.
We will work with you to offer alternative dates when, or, if you feel the need?
- 25% deposit required at time of booking
- Balance due 8 weeks before holiday date
- Refundable security deposit of £200 or €200 is required for the key and fob sets and any accidental damage to be paid before arrival (£400 for penthouse)
- Weekly rates are inclusive of all utility charges
- Payment can be made in either Sterling or Euros. Payment methods accepted: Debit and Credit Card
- All charges incurred for international transfers must be paid for by the guest
- Long /short term rentals available, please contact owner
- Guests named only on booking form are permitted to stay in apartment
- Checkout time is 10.00 and check in from 14.00 ( check in is not available between the hours of midnight and 08.00) A safe storage room is available for cases should you have a late flight. There will be a surcharge of £18 added for late check -in after 20.00 (flights arriving 18.00)
- Strictly no smoking in apartments
- Airport Transfers can be arranged for €75 for up to 4 guests and €90 for up to 8, you pay this directly to the driver on arrival. There will be a surcharge of £18 added for late check -in after 20.00 (flights arriving 18.00)
